 RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Seams Sew Right Quilt Studio. If an item does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original state– not cut, washed, or dyed. All sales on Books and Patterns are final. No returns accepted on instructional material. All special orders are subject to restocking fees in the event of a return. A copy of the original packing list must accompany the return for full credit to be issued. Shipping charges are not included in returns.

Seams Sew Right Quilt Studio does reserve the right to make changes regarding the prices of the products we offer at any time.

What to Expect?
Your computer monitor will render the image of the fabric in a different way than if you were holding the cloth. We try to reproduce each fabric with accurate color and pattern detail. If you are, we do offer the option of returning the fabric.

We will try to provide you with accurate inventory information at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock, we will try to provide you with the best estimate of delivery as provided from the manufacturer of the fabric. It should be noted that many of these fabrics are produced outside of the United States. This only adds to the lead times we experience in receiving the fabrics. If your fabric is in stock we will cut and ship your order within 3 business days. You can expect delivery based on the method of shipment that you choose upon check out. We hope that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If the parcel is damaged or a mistake has been made, please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If any items do not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days from the original purchase for an exchange or full refund. Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns. All items must be returned in their original state. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, or washed from the original state. We do not accept the return of patterns or books due to copyright law. All special orders are subject to restocking fees.

Are the images accurate and to scale?
We take great pride in reproducing accurate images of our fabrics and all other items. Color and texture are very important in the selection of item and we take pride in our images. Sizing is equally important and we try to as accurately portray scaled images. However, paper and fabrics will never match exactly. Please do not try to match thread to these pictures. Our qualified staff will be happy to field any questions that you have about an item’s scale or color.

What is the minimum yardage I can buy?
Our minimum cut is 1/2 yard.

Does yardage being sold in half-yards come in a continuous piece?
All yardages are sold in continuous pieces.

What is the expected delivery time for an in-stock item?
Continental US = 7-10 Business Days
Alaska & Hawaii = 8-12 Business Days
International = 15 Business Days

How are backorders charged?
All items backordered are not charged until the item has been received and shipped from our warehouse. There are no additional shipping charges on backorders. If an item remains on backorder for over 60 days you will be notified. We will also notify you with an expected ship date.

If an item is backorder cancelled what can I expect?
This message appears on the invoice in the unfortunate event that a backordered item will no longer be available. Often times we are left with this as the only option due to the manufacturer’s decision to not re-print certain fabrics. All charges accrued in this event will be promptly reimbursed.
